he Fremont Baseball Village will create a vibrant retail core with premier living, upscale shopping and entertainment.

The Village will offer an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities, including beautiful shop and restaurant-lined streets with office and living space above. Neighborhood-scale restaurants, upscale retail and a boutique hotel will produce millions of dollars of additional sales tax revenue per year for the City of Fremont and provide entertainment and shopping options not currently available in the Fremont area.
